Hi. I've built a landing page in Carrd, and am trying to connect it to my subscriber list in CK. I've created a new form (using the Clare template) and have provided the acc API and form ID to Carrd. Re the ID, I've tried using the numbers in the URL in either the Javascript code or the Wordpress code (as both are different). However when testing with the ID in the Javascript code, I get an error ('Sorry, something went wrong when communicating with Convertkit). When testing with the ID in the Wordpress code, my Carrd site redirects to the ThankYou page designed in Carrd. However I do not see any new subscribers in the form reports in CK. Neither do I receive an email from CK. Has anybody had a similar issue? Can anybody shed some light on what I'm doing wrong please?!

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add

Hey,

You may have to be on a Pro Standard plan with Carrd to connect it to your Convertkit form. You'll need the numbers showing in the URL when you edit your form.
