Hi. I've set up the DNS records, but I can't click on 'refresh' to validate them. Not sure why?

Hi there,

If the domain is pointing somewhere else aside from the Convertkit records, it may not validate. If you want to point the domain to Convertkit, make sure you don't have any A records pointing to a different IP aside from Convertkit's. You can also reach out to the team at help@convertkit.com1 for further checking.

Custom Domain Troubles – I set up a sub-domain... added it into ConvertKit custom domains... Added DNS settings into ... anybody else having issues? Thanks

I've been trying to set up the ConvertKit Custom Domain, but the status in ConvertKit says "Unverified", while Pressable ... or not, first time in this communtiy)

I'm having trouble getting the DNS records for my subdomain verified. I added them several days ago but every time I refresh CK settings it still says unverified. Any thoughts?

I added the CK DNS records for my site, but CK says its showing they don't appear to be correct. I've triple checked them, and it won't validate. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I have entered my domain name and validated the DNS records but when I send an email, my domain name does not show up to ... Instead it says the convertkit name.
