Hi team, I'm trying to upload an interactive pdf as an incentive through a convertkit form. My pdf contains audio. I've reduced the size of the audio files so it's an acceptable size for convertkit. However, when it downloads for a new subscriber it opens on a convertkit page. It opens as a flat pdf with no functionality for the audio. How can I fix this please?

Hi Meredith! Maybe it exceeded the maximum file size limit of the incentive you're trying to upload. I would suggest you upload the files on a Google Drive and simply grab the URL then paste it in the URL settings in the incentive. That way, once the subscriber confirmed their subscription, they will basically be directed to the drive. :)
