Hi there I created a opt in page (landing page) and while doing a trial run, I am not receiving an incentive follow up email as I should. I tried with another email address too and it didn't work either. Is there something I need to do on the backend in my account so that people that opt in actually receive their incentive email upon entering their information on the landing page?
