Hi there! I have a question - I currently have this email list. I use it to email my patients - and I download a new CSV file every time and upload it every time I send a message to my list but as I get new patients the list updates/adds them. My question is - if someone unsubscribes, but then I redownlaod a new CSV of patients to send an email to - is there a way to leave the ones who unsubscribed off, or does CK automatically take that into consideration and they don't get the emails?
