Hi there, I notice my newsletters suddenly bouncing a lot (soft bounces mainly). Until now I sent out my regular newsletter on a weekly basis, but since the first of December I am mailing daily (since I'm sending daily tips until the end of the month). I'm experiencing troubles myself, since I no longer receive my own newsletters. Before, sometimes it ended up in my spam folder (although it was sent from my own e-mail address). I marked it as a safe sender, but nothing helped. I sent out the first of my daily tis om December 1st, and it looks like most problems started on December 2nd. My opening rate has gone down from nearly 35 - 40 % to 20 - 25% in a few days time. I don't add images, the newsletters contain only text, no emoji's in the subject line and only links to opt-in on ConvertKit (for possible new subscribers someone forwards the newsletter). Any thoughts? all the best, Claire
