Hi, we can see in our system that all the people who have an email address via 'scarlet' (https://www.scarlet.be/nl/) bounce incorrectly a lot of the times. Sometimes they get our e-mails and most times they don't. So this woman (see printscreen), Annie, calls us every week: 'hi, I didn't get your e-mail with the work-out videos of this week, can you please send them via outlook'... This is very annoying and not workable. Can this pleased be solved with Scarlet like you solved it recently with g-mail? Scarlet is a Belgium company https://www.scarlet.be/nl/
