Hi @info95

with wordpress, you also have to check for conflicts with other plugins on your site

if you have a plugin that affects caching or minimizes css or html, then those would be the plugins to focus on first, whether to adjust controls within them, or de-activate

after you make any change to a plugin, be sure to clear your cache and your browser history before testing your website for the form

hope this helps,

Hey @info81! Sorry for the trouble. If you are still experiencing this issue (after checking for plugin conflicts as suggested above), I'd recommend reaching out to our team at help@convertkit.com111 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with a description of this issue, the name of the form (as it is displayed on the forms page88 in your account), the URL on which the form is embedded, and a screenshot of how you've embedded it. One of our Product Specialists will be able to help troubleshoot further and take a look within your ConvertKit account to ensure there aren't any settings that may be interfering.
