How do I remove the "Powered by ConvertKit" footer from the "success" message (the page users see after they subscribe but before they confirm)?

Where am I?

Short answer, you can't. This is showing because it's a CK "success" page that's automatically selected in settings:

Don't want the convertkit "grow your own audience" thing to show up on form submission? Don't select this box.

The alternative option is to direct them to an external page. You can create a "thank you" page on your own website that's really simple.

To remove it in the form itself, click on the words "Powered by ConvertKit" in the form editor (right-hand side) and uncheck the box in the settings panel on the right side.

You can also enter this code in the custom CSS box: .formkit-powered-by { display: none !important; }

Hey @destiny1! If you have the success message option selected in your form settings, it shouldn't be redirecting to another page. If it is, that is usually indicative of our JavaScript not loading properly on your website, because it should replace the form in-place on the same page (i.e. not redirect to another page).

If this issue is still occurring, please feel free to reach out to our team at help@convertkit.com3 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with a description of this issue and the the URL on which it is embedded. One of our Product Specialists will be able to help troubleshoot further!
