Hey @federaljobssimplified94! To redirect to another URL on form submit, you'll want to ensure that in your form settings you have 'Redirect to an external page' selected (and a URL added in the box) under 'When a visitor subscribes to the form':

To enable the incentive email, you'll want to ensure 'Sent incentive email' is checked here (and if you also want double opt-in78 enabled, ensure that 'Auto-confirm new subscribers' is unchecked):

Note that there's another 'After confirming redirect to' setting for the incentive email — this is what will happen when the subscriber clicks the button in the incentive email (for example, if you want to deliver a freebie, you can select 'Download' and upload your file, or you can redirect them to another URL of your choice).
If you're not receiving your own form's incentive email and you have those settings configured correctly, it's possible there might be another issue affecting its deliverability. A few things to check:
- Is your account's sending email a custom domain email111 (i.e. not @gmail, @yahoo, etc.)?
- Have you received your own incentive email for that form within the last 12 hour period, to the same email address? We limit incentive emails to send once per 12 hour period per subscriber (unless you delete yourself off of your list in between tests). A good way around this is to test with email aliases if your email address supports it, on which we have a guide here77!
- Is it possible the incentive email might be going to your spam folder?
If none of those explain the issue, please feel free to reach out to our team at help@convertkit.com131 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with the name of the form (as it is displayed on the forms page136 in your account) and the email address with which you were testing it. One of our Product Specialists will be able to help troubleshoot further! :)
