how to capture multiple fields from click funnels into Convertkit?

Hey @Akassh Ashok Gupta22, there's a workaround Clickfunnel has mentioned in the past to bring over custom fields into ConvertKit. As per them "You will have to set up a form in Convertkit with the custom redirect URL. This should be the URL where a person should be taken after the opt-in form in ClickFunnels is submitted." 

You have to copy the HTML embed code of the form and then set up the HTML form integration in ClickFunnels. You have to make sure that the custom type fields and the form inside ClickFunnels optin page are set up before we do the HTML form integration.
 

You can then map the fields from Convertkit to ClickFunnels and save the page at the end.
