If you're referring to the error with "One or more of your links contains an empty HREF", that is not from the video. There is a button or link on your email that is causing this.
Make sure all buttons and links have the correct URL.
You can also reach out to help@convertkit.com1, so they can help you out and check the error.

videovideo tipsemail marketing I am getting an error when trying to embed a video into my email. I've tried uploading directly from my laptop, and it takes a while to process. after at least 5 min, nothing worked. I also pasted the link from youtube. It's not working. I've emptied cache and nothing. I've also tried just putting a pic in the email and linking to the video. Please help
