I am moving over from ActiveCampaign (AC) and have come unstuck. In AC I have beautiful automations that track the engagement level of my contacts. This is not possible in CK (in conversation with Support), as CK does *not* have the capability to set a tag on "opened any email" or "clicked any link". The closest CK can get (it seems) is a list segment (they they control) which sets contacts to Cold Subscribers (if they've not opened according to criteria CK set). This is disappointing (to say the least) and I may well scrap the idea of moving to CK. Does anyone have any workarounds? Thanks.
