I am testing my email sign up and freebie and it bounced from my yahoo account. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand

Hi @zoedodd40, Can you tell me what email address you're using to send emails, and which address you're using to receive? (I'm guessing the yahoo email is the receiving one?) 

A common mistake I see people make is using an account like yahoo or gmail to SEND emails. That's a big no-no. :) Read more: https://help.convertkit.com/en/articles/2502558-using-a-verified-domain-for-email-sending34
