I am using Thrive Architect to build my site. I have created a lead magnet, created the form with convertkit, installed the convertkit plugin, but when I use the shortcode in the wordpress template as per Thrives instructions the form looks terrible. Pic attached. What am I doing wrong?

- Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
Social Media tab:
- Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hey @jawndownham50! It might be that there is some styling on your website that is interfering with our form. We have some troubleshooting steps on that here: Troubleshooting: Form Styling53

If that doesn't help though, I'd suggest reaching out to our team at help@convertkit.com49 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with a description of this issue, the name of the form (as it is displayed on the forms page54 in your account), and the URL on which it is embedded. One of our Product Specialists will be able to take a look at your account and help troubleshoot further from there ☺️
