I am very new to Convertkit - I just finished my landing page and all looks fine, however, I entered a name and email address to download the intro which is available on the landing page and it's supposed to to then confirm subscription prior to being able to download the intro (which is a pdf) - the subscription email from convertkit comes through but not the download, please help.
