Yes, it's likely the formatting will get changed if you copy and paste from Word. Your best results for controlling the formatting will be to either write in the ConvertKit editor, or write using a different editing program that can save the final message as clean, formatted HTML which you can then add into the ConvertKit editor and finalize.
