I attached an image of the a modal form as designed on ConvertKit (dwarf on the left). I also attached an image of the form as it pops up on my web site (dwarf on the top). Why does the popup look so different than it was designed on ConvertKit. The web page that triggers the popup (5 second rule) is here, in case it helps: https://sjmorriswrites.com/books

Steven, this needs to check the class of the form why it changed the structure or layout. You can contact CK at help@convertkit.com24 to check this. Can you check if you use JavaScript, HTML, or Ck plugin when you embed this to your website?

You can try to add this CSS code as well.

.formkit-background {
min-height: 300px !important;

}

If that doesn't work contact Convertkit.
