I cannot add new single subscribers after having done it for 2 new addresses today....could anyone help me, please?

About You tab:

- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

Hi @Heilpraktikerin Schulze-Pfau42 are you trying to import subscribers?

If yes, you can check this guide: How to Import a Subscriber List40

You will see an option to import a single subscriber or a CSV list. You can also try to subscribe those addresses.

If same issue occurs try a different browser or a private browser to avoid caching.
