I cannot seem to embed any of my convert kit form into my WordPress site. I have the plugin and it is up to date. I have tried the shortcode and the HTML and java. Nothing works. With HTML I can see the form in the editor but not when I go to my site as a visitor.

Hi @organizehouseintohome70 -- This is a challenge that I struggled with as well.

Another area to check is whether there are any plugin conflicts

For me, it was a plugin that minimized javascript, html, and css -- once the settings in that plugin were changed, the ConvertKit plugin worked, as did embedding javascript without the plugin

hope this helps!

Hey @organizehouseintohome85, sorry for the trouble! Is it possible that in your form settings, you have it set to not show to people who have already subscribed? And if so, have you subscribed to your own list in the past, even as a test? If so, that could prevent it from being shown to you, but it may not be affecting other visitors in the same way.

A good way to test this is to try visiting your site from a private browsing/Incognito window, and see if it shows up there. If it does work there, that is an indicator that there's something in your cache or cookies that is interfering with ConvertKit on the regular browser window.

You should be able to open a private browsing window by clicking File > New Incognito/Private Window and then navigate to your site from the window that opens.

That said, if the issue still persists, please reach out to our team at help@convertkit.com100 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) with a description of the issue, the name of the form (as it is displayed on the forms page91 in your account), and the URL on which it is embedded. One of our Product Specialists will be able to help troubleshoot further!
