I completed a broadcast (email blast) a couple of hours ago to 1,400 subscribers and the emails have not been sent but the convertkit data is saying the emails were sent. I'm a subscriber with two separate email accounts and I haven't received the email. I just checked with someone else who confirmed she hasn't received the email either. I checked spam too. My email is no where to be found. Please help.

We need to check here on your subscriber's profile to see if emails would show as "delivered." We also need to know if you use a free email address like @gmail.com59, which can negatively impact your deliverability. Using a domain to improve your deliverability and avoid failed or bounced emails would be best. For more details, you may also check this guide46. Another thing is, you might want to check your Promotions or Spam/Junk folder, just in case, but you may also send an email to help@convertkit.com35 so the team can take a look at your account.
