I copied the cold subscriber re-engagement template, created the tags and customized the sequence. I tested it on one of my emails and it worked. But I don't understand what is happening in the step that I circled on the image I attached here. Can you explain what this tag action is doing and how it moves subscribers to the next step? Thanks!
