I created a form and landing page in ConvertKit, and installed the plugin on Wordpress (I added the API key to wordpress). But under Wordpress Settings > ConvertKit, it says "No forms exist in ConvertKit" under Default Form. When I go to add a ConvertKit block in visual editor, Wordpress says "Convertkit has encountered an error and cannot be previewed." What step am I missing to make forms available on Wordpress?

Hi @ashlafer41

Just to set your expectation, WordPress updates the plugins, and once they do, you also have to update on your end. If you do not have the latest version, you can get it here: Wordpress latest version43.

Once done, please add your API key and secret again by following this guide here:

Getting Started: The WordPress Plugin31

Then you may also check the following as they have steps on how to check in case the form is still now showing up after updating the latest version:

Wordpress: General Troubleshooting45
Troubleshooting: Forms Not Showing in WordPress Plugin45

If you still encounter an issue after following the instructions above, I recommend that you send an email to help@convertkit.com15 so the team can take a look at your account.

Thank you!
