I created a landing page. I created a sequence. I created a rule to send that sequence to anyone who signed up on the landing page. But when I test it by signing up with my own email, I do not get any emails. I turned off the option to have subscribers confirm their subscription because I wasn't getting the confirmation email either.

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hi there!

Please ensure that you are not using the sending address as your test email; when you send an email to the same email address you sent it from, Gmail is always suspicious that someone is pretending to be you. That's why you will receive it in the spam or junk folder or will not receive it.

If you are not using the same sending address, it might need a little more digging from the team. I recommend that you send an email to help@convertkit.com17 so the team can take a look at your account.
