I created a tag in convertkit and need it to connect to a bloom form in wordpress, I thought I set it up correctly but, when I'm testing it the subscribers are not being added to the tag. Is there something I need to connect between the tag and the form in convertkit for this to flow?

Hey @Christina Lopes38! Are the subscribers being successfully added to the ConvertKit form? If so, then it should just be a matter of setting up an automation54 to add that tag to them after they sign up to that form.

However if they're not being added to the form in ConvertKit at all (even as unconfirmed, assuming you have double opt-in56 enabled), then I'd suggest reaching out to the team at Bloom, as they were the developers of this integration with us and will likely have more visibility on what might be misconfigured here. (They also have a tutorial on connecting Bloom with your email service provider here42, if that helps!)

Of course, let us know if there's anything we can help with from our end!
