I got the email saying I now had the Commerce feature, and when I clicked on the link, I got the 404 error message. The email also said I will find the Products tab in my navigation bar, but that isn't showing up anywhere for me. Did this happen to anyone else? Was this a mistake? If so, why did I get the email?

Disregard this! I was able to message support so I will get a reply from them about this after they look into my account! (for some reason it wouldn't let me delete this post)

Share more about yourself! Click on your gravatar> profile > edit profile 

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hm, seems like either the email was sent to you in error, or there's an issue with your account where Products aren't showing up when they should be.   Best thing to do is probably to contact the ConvertKit support folks - help@convertkit.com80 or you can use the message bubble in the lower right corner of the screen.

it happened to me on several occasions. alone, looking carefully in the page, notice certain title as a thumbnail that tells you to open the page by clicking on it. Try and you will see
