I have a client that set up a landing page and welcome sequence. He is using a different address for the emails than the one his account is under. The secondary address has been verified according to ConvertKit's Guidelines. When testing the email Welcome sequence, the email from lines look something like this: "bob@seconddomain.com" <bob@convertkitaccount.com> Is there some way to correct this so the emails come from the verified address and not his ConvertKit account address? His ConvertKit account is using a 'yahoo.com' address, which we don't want the emails coming from. Thanks!

Hey James -- I think this is more of a technical issue from the account settings of your client. If you have already set up a verified sending domain, then the second part <bob@convertkitaccount.com86> should not be there anymore. You might need to reach out to ConvertKit support so that they can take a further look into it. You can reach them here: https://convertkit.com/support46
