I have a form called Email Newsletter that is a Slide-In form I created with ConvertKit. I am trying to add it to my blog on Wordpress. I set up the ConvertKit plug-in and selected Email Newsletter as the Default Form. After saving the changes, the slide-in should be showing up on my webpages, but it is not. Is there a cache or loading setting that might be causing it not to work?
