I have a page on my site (mysite.com/page) and I have >100 sub pages from that (mysite.com/page/subpage1.... mysite.com/page/subpage100). I would like to have a signup form that shows on that page and all sub-pages... but does not show elsewhere on the site. i.e. a form that displays on any url "beginning with" mysite.com/page. Is there a way to do this with convertkit? Or do I need to spend days manually configuring each page? Thanks!

Hi Alex,

I don't think you can install the Convertkit plugin on mysite.com10 which can help embed a form to all your pages. In this case, you'll have to embed the forms into the pages manually. But if you can install the Convertkit plugin, you can check this guide4 for the steps on how to set it up.

Well… if your site is on Wordpress you can add the CK form to the theme so it shows in the footer of every page for example.

Same thing applies to other builders (squarespace, wix, etc) that use "themes" or "templates".

Either one of these options requires some tinkering with the backend so if you're not comfortable doing that, get someone on fiverr to do it for you. Shouldn't cost more than a few bucks and it shouldn't take more than an hour or so.

You only need to do that once, btw. Once you do, it will show on all your pages.
