I have a sequence that automatically sends when someone purchases from me. But I have MANY people email me after they don't receive the email. They usually get the confirmation email and open it, but I can see in their account on CK that they've been sent the email, yet I get emails saying that they didn't get it. Anyone know what might be going wrong? Some people are getting the emails so the sequence is working. The only thing I'm thinking is maybe if the automated email gets sent before they click the confirmation, do they not get the automated email? Any tips or advice would be helpful. I can't imagine how many people are disappointed and think I'm simply not delivering on the produce they're promised.
