I have a small handful of forms I use to get subscribers by offering a freebie. Problem to me is, someone visits one page, sees the form, subscribes to get the freebie, then visists another pages and sees another form asking for email again. I don't mind giving them another freebie at all, but it seems lame to have to ask them for their email address again. To me this doesn't build trust, they wonder, wait, didn't I already give you my email? Am I going to be on your list twice now? So I think there should be a way to prevent the form from appearing, or at least popup an *alternate* form that doesn't ask for the email.
