I have a subscriber who let me know that they changed their email address (after an email bounced). Is it better to delete them as a subscriber, and create a new subscriber, or update the record with their new address?

  • About You tab:

So long as you have the subscriber's permission, you can reach out to our team at help@convertkit.com30 (or via the in-app messenger in your account) and we can help you get them re-activated on your list. Just include all the pertinent info like their current email address on your list (so we can find their profile) and what to change it to. We can update it on their existing profile so you don't lose any historical data! :)
