I have an automation all set up and it worked for the first webinar that I was running, but now I am having problems. I have set up fields within the subscriber profile for Webinar Date and Webinar Link. These are populated with the correct information. Then, on the emails I have used Personalize to pull those fields over onto the email, however, they keep showing up as blank, even though there is information in those fields on the profile. Why is this happening as it didn't happen before?
