I have an email sequence that when our subscribers reach the end post they are supposed to be added to a new email sequence. (Action: add the subscriber to: email sequence). However, we have 24 subscribers who have finish the first email sequence and none have been added to the next sequence. What did I miss? All sequences/automations are active and not in draft mode.

Hard to say Gail.
You can add a second entry point to your second sequence in the form of a tag.

The last action before the end of the first sequence adds that tag to the subscriber.

That should get them all across.

You can select all your existing subscribers who didn't automatically move and add the tag to them all, that will get them started as well.
