i have an integration with Tryinteract - when i test it's ok with gmail/yahoo etc, the user gets the email and when confirmed the subscribers appear in Convertkit but with a business email (ie @business.com) there are no emails received (including in spam)

Hi @Helen Crossland37 , if you're testing with an email address that has the same domain as your sending email, this could be the issue. This is explained here in this article78.

Are other people able to sign up and receive the email using their @business.com47 emails? If so, then you should be fine and it's just because you're testing with your own business email, which is the same as your sending email. Other people should be receiving it with no issues. :)Β
