I have been frustrated that I am not getting reporting on deliverability for my product that is designed to be an email program. That should be a BASE level deliverable. It is on every other mailing platform (ConstantContact, Mailchimp, Aweber, GetResponse) I've ever used. You can't maintain a healthy list without knowing what emails are dead and which ones are non-responsive. Now I find that you do offer it but for a $32 a month UPTICK in pricing - making your platform no longer competitive with these other mailing programs. Can you please explain to me why this BASIC functionality isn't included in the mailing subscription?
