I have created my landing my page, changed everything I needed to, uploaded the document I want them to get for FREE BUT, when I copy the shareable link and put it on my website as a button something isn`t working. I can click on it, it brings me to my landing page, I can sign up but I don`t get an e-mail after I signed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

About You tab:

- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add

sorry to hear you are having some challenges,

since you did not mention what service you are using to host your website (we will assume wordpress) we can only guess at probable causes

first check your list of subscribers for your email -- probably will not be there -- so check for "unconfirmed subscribers" and you will probably find your email listed there

click on the email and you will be taken to more detail on that account -- if you hover over the little dot by the email type, it will probably indicate "bounced"

I have only worked with wordpress, (but there will likely be something similar with other web packages) so the next step is to check your plugins to determine if there is anything that conflicts with CK

Things to look for are any plugins that affect javascript, minimize html or minimize css -- those type of things tend to conflict with CK
