I have recently opened a store through Shopify. Convertkit has an automation that tags buyers who do not tick the marketing emails box at checkout. The problem is that it will add this tag to already confirmed subscribers. The people who in fact read my emails and then make purchases but don't click a box at checkout. I just realized that I spent a month not emailing some of my most loyal subscribers who are customers as well. What rule or automation should I set up to remove this tag from previously confirmed subscribers? I tried something and feel like I'm creating a bigger mess to untangle.
