I have uploaded the convert kit plugin onto wordpress and added in the API key. However when I try to create a sidebar - none of the forms I created in Convert Kit are on the drop down menu. Help!

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity

    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Hi @meagan19 

You can force our plugin to check your ConvertKit account for any new forms, and make them available for selection. 

From the sidebar of your WordPress site, click Settings → ConvertKit. This will take you to the overall settings page for the plugin.

Next, click the 'Refresh forms' button; please check this screenshot below:
