I just launched an Ebook using Products today. My first sale was a friend, but she never got her receipt or anything to download it. She has an aol and checked her spam folder. It shows that she is in there in the sequence and purchased. Someone else bought it as well, but I don't know them so I don't know if they had the same issue. So, I went and bought it myself just to make sure no other issues. I got the receipt right away. I don't know what to do!! Please Help!!!
