I keep asking ConvertKit for assistance getting set up and they keep telling me they can't help me because I am a free customer. I AM A PAID CUSTOMER AND I NEED HELP. Can anyone help me? They said a part of the service is they would help me get set up. Now that I paid, I get NO help.
