I launched my new program today {YAY}! As I was checking my email open rates, I watched my subscribers fall from nearly 500 to less than 300. Turns out every email sent to a gmail address bounced. Assuming this a Gmail issue {all of my subscribers get the incentive email and double opt-in}. Is this a global issue? Do I need to do anything on my end?

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
    • Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
  • Social Media tab:
    • Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

Yeah, Google had some serious issues today.... congrats on launching, and what a bummer that you did it on a day with a huge system failure on their part :(

I saw a mention on Twitter that ConvertKit was somehow going to try to help handle some of these issues but I don't really know what that means specifically.   @Haley C 27 is there any official information on this?

You might also reach out to ConvertKit's support team at help@convertkit.com29 (or with the message bubble in the lower right corner) and see if there's anything they can do to reinstate all those folks.
