I'm new to ConvertKit but have been having problems with deliverability. My paid clients are receiving their emails as we 'trained' them to check their spam so that's sort of ok. Problem is - any new leads that I input directly through input subscriber - they don't seem to often receive the emails. I'm not sure why. I have checked my sequence and can't see anything that would be treated as spam. When i then email these people directly through my gmail account (just to test this situation) - they respond straight away! Any suggestions as to what I can do would be awesome. Thanks

  • About You tab:
    • Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
    • About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add

Hey @Sue10, if new Gmail subscribers can't find your emails, can you ask them as well to check their Promotions 8tab? Also, we can check this one further, please reach out to our support team at help@convertkit.com6 to help you figure this out.
