I'm on the paid plan and am confused by the follow up links/emails once someone subscribes from a form embedded on my site. I have two questions: 1. How do I remove this HUGE ad with convert kit logo on the welcome popup? Is there a way to create a thank you page within Converkit (from a form not landing page) to make this sign up process more customized and less clunky?
