I'm puzzling over automations and rules and can't figure out a way to do this. I send out my newsletter as a broadcast out on the 1st and 15th of each month. Is there an automated way to have the most recent issue of the newsletter delivered to new subscribers right away? (It's probably obvious and I'm just brain-farting, but thanks in advance.)
