I'm trying to set up an automation from Squarespace to Convertkit. When a customer purchases a product on SS, a tag is added in Convertkit then they get added to an email sequence. When I tested it, I got a confirmation email from Squarespace but the tag didn't get added and I wasn't added to the email sequence. Am I missing a step? I'm not sure why this isn't working.
