I'm trying to switch from MailChimp. I already have existing forms at the bottom of each blog post on my website. These contain a short code that is generated by the MailChimp for WordPress plug-in. Does ConvertKit have a similar plug-in, so I can just swap out the short code instead of changing the whole form? This is a screenshot of the form, which is inheriting its look from the child theme of my site. What I want is to simply change the short code within the form to direct new signups to Convertkit instead of MailChimp. Is this possible without changing to a new form on every single page?
