I need help with an automation and a purchase from ThriveCart. My purchase was tagged from ThriveCart but didn’t get sent through correct welcome emails. This is my welcome sequence and it looks a little crazy because the emails that are sent depend on whether or not they purchases my tripwire product. I am also trying to set it up to flag whether or not they have been through my welcome emails if they sign up for my lead magnet again or not. I’ve had a customer purchase the tripwire but they didn’t go to the correct email sequence. I’m missing something here. Any suggestions or examples of this working correctly? Thank you!
