Support I recently joined convertkit. I am testing my form, in my advanced form setting I select Show custom content and type this "Thanks for subscribing to our Newsletters". Then I personally go to my website enter my name and email, then confirm my email. When I come to my website the form "Thanks for subscribing to our Newsletters" is written and that's fine. But the problem is when i go to email, unsubscribe and go to the website "Thanks for subscribing to our Newsletters" is still written on the form but i want that if someone unsubscribes the form will again show on my website for that person. Please help me in this situation.
