I recently set up an automation to have a subscriber added to an email sequence anytime that subscriber is added to a specific tag. I did a test run and instead of receiving the email in the sequence, I received an email from Convertkit asking to confirm my subscription. Help?!

About You tab:
- Photo: upload a picture of yourself or your brand
- About You: let other community members know a little about you as a person, a creator, and anything else you'd like to add
- Banner: add an image of your creator brand, logo, or an image that inspires your creativity
Social Media tab:
- Let other members know where they can find you and your brand across social media platforms. This is a great additional step to connect with other creators in the industry!

If you sign up through a form or landing page, and the double opt-in is enabled, it will send an incentive or confirmation email that needs to be confirmed to be part of your list. If you'd like to auto-confirm your subscribers, you can disable the double opt-in, but we don't recommend it. You can also check this guide for reference:
